Yoga is a lifetime practise where every day can take you to a new place within, enabling you to rediscover your inner beauty and that place of wellness that is in every person. Only with dedication and patience we can achieve transformation and be surprised by the abilities that the body and mind have to self-healing or getting into some complex posture. 

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa as a practice descends from ancient traditions, meaning  “Nyasa” to place and  “Vi” in a particular place. 

If your call is to connect with yourself, your body and mind through flowing movements, then Vinyasa Flow Yoga is the practice you are looking for.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a smooth transition between Asanas (postures) The postures are stringed together so that you move from one to another seamlessly, using the breath in a sequence of transitions, entering each posture, stay for a while and then leave.

Vinyasa allows us to be creative with the sequences, without having to follow a fixed structure, yet performed with a clear intention in a purposeful order.

The practice helps to develop a more balanced body bringing consciousness to each movement in each moment, developing conscious awareness.
