Be In Yoga
A practice of coming home to yourself.
Be In Yoga was born from my own experience of yoga as a path towards connection, a way of returning to myself and experiencing a deeper sense of oneness with life.
For me, yoga is much more than movement. It is a space where we can slow down, listen inwardly, open the heart, and reconnect with our true nature. It is an invitation to meet ourselves with presence and compassion, and from there, to experience a more conscious and loving relationship with ourselves and the world around us.
About Me
I am a yoga teacher and yoga therapist with over eight years of experience. Over the years, my personal practice and professional training have naturally guided my work towards a more therapeutic approach to yoga.
My work is holistic and informed by neuroscience, physiology, mindfulness, and psychotherapeutic principles. I am particularly interested in the relationship between the body, mind and nervous system, and in our capacity to regulate and feel at home within ourselves.
At the foundation of my teaching are self-regulation, grounding and mindfulness. These practices, being an essential key, can support us in developing greater stability, groundedness, and self-awareness. From this place, we may begin to experience more ease in the body and mind, creating space for change, growth, and transformation.
My Approach
My classes are rooted in Vinyasa Flow and mindful movement, enriched by the therapeutic principles of yoga.
My teaching is holistic, offering practices that support the body and mind and regulate the nervous system. At the heart of my work are self-regulation and mindfulness, which provide the foundation for developing stability, resilience, and self-awareness, which provide the possibility to create a deeper connection with yourself. From this place of safety and awareness, your body and mind can begin to soften, creating the conditions for healing, growth, and meaningful transformation.
My invitation to you is to practice with curiosity, openness, and kindness, to notice what is present, to listen to your body, and to meet each moment, encouraging you to honour your own experience. With time, this awareness can begin to move beyond the yoga mat and into everyday life.
My Intention
My intention is to create a space where you can pause, breathe, listen, and reconnect.
A space where you can cultivate awareness and learn to relate to yourself with greater compassion.
A space where yoga becomes not something you do, but something you can live.
Be In Yoga is an invitation to come home to yourself.
“Communication and free expression both physical and emotional is essential and vital for a healthy life”
