Yoga Therapy

Yoga Therapy is Self-empowering, promote Self-care, encourages overall wellbeing. It is an effective complementary therapy that helps to release anxiety, stress and treat specific mental and physical ailments.

Classes are designed to attain and maintain good psychological and physiological health, with the application of specific breathing techniques, Mindfulness and Yoga postures.

Group classes are organised in a way that students can feel comfortable and in a safe environment. The classes are a combination of postures, gentle breathing techniques and relaxation practice, where I encourage and guide students to work with their own capacities and to modify practices as needed.
The techniques taught in a class are a great tool that can be applied in life if anxiety or a sense of being ungrounded may occur.

One to one classes are designed and focused on the specific needs of the person so the techniques can work on those ailments that need to be addressed and improve on the physiological and energetic level.

If you would like to book a one to one class, please contact me via email, I will send you a form to understand your needs and I will design a class to the best of my abilities.

I offer Yoga Therapy sessions for groups and one to one, in person and online via Zoom and Skype.

God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
and change the things I can;
and the wisdom to know the difference

A note to the Self

No matter how anxious One can be, there is always basic wellness that can be addressed, and that is the part of the person we attempt to relate to. What we see is our inherent light and health, and that we would like to speak or work with that part of Us.

Developing new ways of being, with the hope that old patterns fall away on their own.

  • It can not provide a clinical diagnosis
  • It can not offer the quick relief that medication can
