The inspiration for Be in Yoga comes from my personal practice achieving a sense of Oneness with the whole, a place where the heart opens and we can rise in love with all living beings.
My teaching is a combination of different styles that I have learned over the years from Vinyasa Flow, Yoga Therapy for anxiety and Kriya Yoga.
I design practices that enable students to connect with their body and mind through their breath and flowing movements that can bring them to a sense of stillness and grounding, creating a playful yet safe environment for everyone to be able to cultivate their practice enhancing their strength and vitality.
I invite students to be mindful, present and to practice Self-compassion towards themselves creating a deeper self-awareness for what their body needs at that moment, exploring movements in a way that allow them to find a sense of ease with curiosity and an open mind, taking whatever works for them in a yoga class out into their lives, either their goal is set on the physical level or mental relaxation.
It gives me much joy to be able to share the science and ancient knowledge of Yoga and to see the discoveries in scientific researches that show how Yoga can help on a neurological and physiological level, so specific breathing techniques can be applied in a class and outside to tackle anxiety and stress.
If you would like to book a one to one Class feel free to contact me.
